How do I check the status of my order?

How to check the status of your order:

All orders receive notifications such as: “Processed” and “Shipped”, which allow you to know the order status directly without contacting customer service. If a notification is not received for any reason, you can still check the status via your order page on the store. Please note that the time for order status updates may vary between orders.

Explanation of order statuses:

  • Under Review: The order is still under review and verification.
  • Processing: The order is being prepared.
  • Processed: The order is ready for shipping and delivery; at this stage, cancellation is not possible.
  • Out for Delivery: The order has been handed to the delivery agent.
  • Shipped: The order has been shipped and is now under the responsibility of the shipping company. A tracking number is provided in the notifications to track your shipment directly via the shipping company’s website.
  • Delivered: The order has been delivered to the customer. At this stage, the return and exchange policy applies based on the delivery confirmation.
