I purchased a product and want to return or exchange it. Can I do that?


Yes, you can. Without prejudice to warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange or return a product purchased from the store within seven days from the date of receipt. After this period, the right to return or exchange is no longer valid.

Conditions for return or exchange:

  • The product must be in a good condition.
  • The consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it.
  • The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a return or exchange to ensure its integrity.

When will I get my money back?

  • The refund will be processed after the store receives the returned or exchanged product from the shipping company, usually within 2 to 7 business days.

Who bears the shipping cost for returns or exchanges?

  • The consumer bears the cost of return or exchange.
  • If the product is defective or there was a mistake in the order, the store will cover the shipping costs.

How do I return or exchange a product after agreeing to all terms?

  • After contacting customer service, you will receive a shipping label via email or WhatsApp within 48 working hours.
  • Print the label, attach it to the product, and deliver it to the designated shipping office, whose details will be provided in the email.
