Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

This document represents the Cash on Delivery (COD) Agreement for the NND Pro Children Store, outlining the terms and conditions governing the use of this service. Please read and understand the following conditions carefully before using this option:

1. Responsibility for Payment upon Delivery

The customer must pay the full due amount upon receiving the purchased item, as stated in the purchase invoice.

2. Payment Terms

The amount must be paid in full and immediately to the delivery representative at the time of delivery, without any delay or exception.

3. Customer Responsibility

Once the item is received, the customer bears full responsibility for it, including any potential loss or damage.

4. Legal and Transaction Costs

If the customer refuses or fails to receive the shipment, they are legally liable and must cover all legal fees and attorney costs incurred as a result.

5. Customer Agreement to Terms

By accepting this declaration, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions listed above.

Please note: Using the Cash on Delivery option constitutes full acceptance of this policy and its stated terms.

Customer Declaration for Cash on Delivery

I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms and conditions of the Cash on Delivery process. In accordance with this agreement, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. If I fail to receive the item from the delivery representative, I accept full legal responsibility and agree to cover all transaction and attorney costs.
2. I will pay the full amount due upon receiving the purchased item.
3. I understand that using COD means I agree to pay the entire amount without delay.
4. I am aware of any additional fees that may apply to the COD process, such as handling or service charges.
5. I take full responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs to the product after receiving it and before completing payment.
6. I understand that if I am unable to pay the due amount upon delivery, the item may not be handed over to me.
7. If I wish to return the order, I commit to returning it in its original condition, free from damage, and agree to bear all return shipping costs.
8. I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted all clauses of this declaration and am fully aware of its content.
9. If the product is returned and found to be damaged or defective due to shipping or misuse, the store reserves the right to deny any refund of the product’s value.

This declaration becomes effective immediately upon choosing the Cash on Delivery option.
